Citi has named Maneesh Menda as its Global Head of HR Delivery. In his new role, he will lead a global team of HR Delivery & Support Partners to deliver world-class HR services for employees. He will work closely with cross-functional partners to design, streamline, and optimize HR processes and services worldwide. Maneesh will also focus on building a seamless and impactful employee experience by ensuring that HR systems, processes, and resources are fully aligned with the firm’s strategic goals and growth agenda.

Maneesh brings over 30 years of diverse experience across HR, operations, finance, risk management, and audit. Prior to this appointment, he served as Head of HR – International Hubs at NatWest Group, where he worked closely with leaders across India and Poland to drive the strategic people agenda and priorities.
He has also previously spent more than a decade with Standard Chartered Bank, where he led HR functions across Africa and South Asia, in addition to holding senior positions in finance and operations.
