CARS24 has promoted Neha Bhandari to Head – People & Culture, Used Cars (Wholesale & Retail), effective May 2025.

In her new role, Bhandari will focus on architecting a people ecosystem that enables growth, agility, and impact at scale. Through her understanding of how business and talent intersect, she will drive strategies that strengthen culture, elevate performance, and power transformation across diverse teams and geographies.
Bhandari has been a part of CARS24 since November 2024. She joined the company as Head – People & Culture, Wholesale.
Prior to joining CARS24, Bhandari was affiliated with VMock from August 2021 to November 2024, serving as Director of Human Resources, Strategic HR Leadership, and Culture & Growth Architect. She was also part of LexInnova as Group Head of HR, Culture Builder, People Strategist, and Growth Enabler, a role she held from September 2018 to October 2019.
From August 2016 to September 2018, Bhandari worked at Healthians as Head HR, Chief People Champion, Shaping People, and Powering Health. Before that, she was a part of Finlace Consulting from December 2012 to August 2016 as Group Head HR, People & Performance Leader.
Bhandari worked for Futue Group from September 2010 to May 2012 as Assistant Manager HR. In the past, she has also been associated with Barclays Shared Services, IBM Daksh Business Process Services, and Convergys.
