CARS24 has elevated Neha Bhandari as Head of People & Culture (Used Cars and NBFC). In the new role, she will be responsible for leading the people strategy across the company’s retail, wholesale and financial services businesses.
Based in Gurugram, Bhandari will focus on building scalable people systems to support CARS24’s rapid growth across its digital mobility and NBFC platforms. She will also drive organisational culture, workforce planning, organisational design and leadership capability, while strengthening high-performance talent frameworks across multi-geography teams.
Bhandari is a long-standing member of the CARS24 leadership team and has played a key role in the company’s growth journey.
Most recently, she served as Head of People & Culture, Used Cars (Wholesale and Retail), and earlier as Head of People & Culture, Wholesale, where she supported large-scale platform and workforce expansion.
Before joining CARS24, she was Director of Human Resources at VMock, overseeing global HR operations across India and the United States.
Her earlier career includes senior HR leadership roles at LexInnova, Healthians, Finlace Consulting, Future Group, Barclays Shared Services, IBM Daksh, and Convergys, giving her deep exposure to technology, consulting, retail, BFSI and services sectors.
Neha Bhandari’s elevation reflects CARS24’s continued focus on strengthening leadership depth as it builds one of India’s largest auto-tech and digital mobility ecosystems, integrating commerce, technology and financial services into a unified growth platform.
