CARE Ratings has promoted Binita Deb to Associate Director – Human Resources.

Deb has been associated with CARE Ratings since November 2021. She joined the company as an HR Business Partner & Talent Management. With her research, empathy, and communication skills, Deb has been an asset to the company and looks forward to continuing to contribute to the team’s progress.
Prior to joining CARE Ratings, Deb had been with Mahindra Finance. In August 2019, she started working for the company as a Human Resource Specialist, a role she held until November 2021. From March 2018 to May 2019, Deb was a part of House of Anita Dongre as Deputy Manager, Human Resources.
In June 2017, Deb joined Tata Capital as HRBP – Corporate Financing and retained the position until February 2018. She was also affiliated with Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services as an Assistant Manager HR from February 2015 to May 2017. Deb was once a part of Kotak Mahindra Bank, having worked there from January 2013 to June 2013 as a Management Trainee.
