Capgemini has appointed Sarang Brahme as Director – Talent Attraction India Lead, marking his return to the organisation in a senior leadership role. He will be based at Capgemini’s newly renovated Talwade campus in Pune and will lead the company’s talent attraction and employer branding efforts across India.

In the new role, Brahme will work with global and regional talent leaders to build and scale a dedicated Talent Attraction function in India, supporting one of the company’s largest talent acquisition teams worldwide. His mandate includes strengthening Capgemini’s employer brand, enhancing candidate engagement strategies and delivering measurable impact to hiring outcomes.
He will partner closely with senior leaders across talent acquisition, HR and cross-functional teams to support workforce growth and long-term capability building, while contributing to Capgemini’s broader commitment to sustainability, inclusion and client success.
Brahme rejoins Capgemini after previously spending several years with the organisation, where he worked closely with its teams, culture and business operations. His return comes at a time when Capgemini’s talent acquisition function in India is undergoing a strategic evolution, with a sharper focus on recruitment marketing, employer branding and targeted hiring approaches aligned to business priorities.
Throughout the course of his career, he has also worked with companies, namely, GoDaddy, ADDA, ShareChat, among others.
