Purva Gera has taken on the role of Global Head of Talent Management – Business Services at Capgemini. In this position, she will lead the global talent strategy for Capgemini Business Services, building leadership, culture, and capabilities that translate the company’s strategy into a competitive edge.

Before this, Purva served as CHRO and Co-Founder, where she advised global MNCs and high-growth startups on culture, leadership, and people strategy. Her work primarily focused on the Web3, Banking & Capital Markets, AI, EdTech, and Insurance sectors. Overall, she brings over 20 years of experience in Culture, People Operations, Talent Management, and Organisational Development across the Web3, EdTech, and Banking sectors. She has a strong track record in building scalable HR systems, remote-first compensation models, diverse workforce strategies, and community-driven culture programs suited for high-growth, globally distributed teams.

Purva also specialises in developing token-based reward systems, asynchronous work models, and decentralised team structures designed for Gen Z and gig-economy talent. She is widely recognised for advising C-suite leaders and founders on people strategy, performance management, DEI, and modern talent acquisition approaches.

Over the course of her career, Purva has also worked with well-known organisations such as Biconomy, WhiteHat Jr, and Genpact. Her 16+ year tenure at Genpact was especially instrumental in shaping her global outlook. During this time, she led large-scale AI-driven reskilling initiatives, strengthened DEI programmes, and oversaw enterprise-wide talent strategies across 25 countries.
