Shalabh Srivastava has been promoted to Vice President – Human Resources at Canara HSBC Life Insurance, a joint venture between Canara Bank (36.5%) and HSBC Insurance (Asia Pacific) Holdings Limited (25.5%). Prior to this elevation, he served as Vice President – Learning & Development, DEI & Benefits, and earlier as Deputy Vice President – Learning & Development (HR), where he played a key role in driving leadership capability building and workforce development initiatives. Shalabh has been associated with Canara HSBC Life Insurance for nearly 14 years.
Overall, Shalabh brings over two decades of HR experience and a strong passion for people development. He has led transformative Learning & Development initiatives that promote continuous growth and capability building. His professional journey includes working with reputed organizations such as Axis Max Life Insurance Limited, Endeavor Magic Pvt. Ltd., and PT Education. Academically, Shalabh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from JECRC University, where he studied from 2000 to 2004.
