C3iHub, IIT Kanpur, has appointed Debaprasad Sahoo as Vice President – Human Resources (HR).
Over the years, Sahoo has helped share strategic HR practices, strengthened organisational culture, and partnered with global teams across technology, operations, and business transformation. H is also well-versed in HR analytics, performance management CoEs, HCM implementations, and wellness programs.
Prior to his current appointment, Sahoo joined DealShare in December 2021 as a Human Resources expert. He was also associated with WhiteHat Jr from October 2020 to December 2021 as a Human Resources professional.
From 2015 to 2020, Sahoo was a part of IBM as a Recruitment Partner. He also worked for Capgemini as a Recruitment Specialist from 2013 to 2014. In 2012, Sahoo joined Silverlink Technologies as a Senior Recruitment Specialist. Additionally, he was with Tech Mahindra from 2011 to 2012 as Senior Executive Recruitment – RMG and with Fulcrum Worldwide from 2008 to 2011 as Senior Executive Recruitment – TAG.
Sahoo is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. From November 2022 to October 2023, he was enrolled on the institute’s Executive Programme in Leadership & Management. Additionally, Sahoo has an MBA in HR from KIIT School of Management (KSOM), Bhubaneswar.
