Manisha Nair has been promoted to Senior Vice President & Head – Human Resources, Administration, and Corporate Communications at BluPine Energy. Prior to this elevation, Manisha served as Vice President & Head – Human Resources, Administration, and Corporate Communications at BluPine Energy, where she was responsible for driving human capital management, overseeing administrative governance, and leading corporate communication for the platform.
Before joining BluPine Energy, Manisha served as HR Head – India for Alfanar Global Development & Group IT, where she led HR for the renewable energy segment and IT operations in India. Her responsibilities also included driving strategic HR initiatives, streamlining operations, and ensuring compliance.Manisha has also held leadership positions at Ostro Energy and EACIIT.
With over 18 years of experience, Manisha has a strong track record in strategic HR interventions, talent management, talent acquisition, administration, team building, vendor management, compliance, and monitoring through HCM cloud platforms. She began her HR journey with SDG Corporation and First Advantage, where she gained hands-on experience and built a strong foundation in human resources practices.
Manisha’s key strengths include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, deep content knowledge, strong negotiation abilities, and a sharp observational acumen. Academically, she is an alumna of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and Maharshi Dayanand University.
