Blupace Tech has appointed Pratyush Nandkeolyaar as Chief Talent Officer.
In his new role as Chief Talent Officer at Blupace Tech, Nandkeolyaar will lead the intelligent automation company’s global talent strategy, with a focus on building scalable hiring frameworks, advancing AI-driven recruitment, and strengthening the employer brand as the company continues to scale across geographies.
Nandkeolyaar brings over two decades of experience in global talent acquisition and HR transformation, with a particular focus on AI integration in recruitment. At his previous organisation, Brillio, he drove a 63% reduction in hiring costs by introducing AI-native evaluation frameworks and demand-decoding approaches in the hiring process.
Prior to joining Blupace Tech, he served as Senior Director – Talent Acquisition and Head – Europe at Brillio, the enterprise AI accelerator, a role he held from July 2023. Before Brillio, Nandkeolyaar was with IKS Health as Vice President and Global Talent Acquisition Head. He was previously associated with RS Securities as Head of Operations – Talent Acquisition.
From 2020 to 2022, Nandkeolyaar served at Deutsche Bank as Head of Operations – Talent Acquisition. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he held the role of Head – Recruitment, India and APAC at BMC Software, joining in August 2015. Before BMC, Nandkeolyaar served as Global Head – Talent Acquisition at Fulcrum Digital, having moved there after approximately five years as Manager – Talent Acquisition Group at Tech Mahindra, a role he took up in 2008.
Earlier in his career, Nandkeolyaar was with Capgemini Consulting as a Lead from January 2007, and began his professional journey with Dell in the HR domain in 1999. He holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management.
