BlackRock has appointed Dipsa Acharya as Director, Talent & Culture. In her new role, Acharya will be expected to drive leadership development, shape organisational culture and lead strategic talent initiatives that support BlackRock’s evolving global agenda.
Acharya brings extensive international experience in talent management, learning and organisational effectiveness. Before joining BlackRock, she held senior leadership roles at Nasdaq, where she led people and talent initiatives across markets, as well as at Adenza Ltd. and Welspun World, where she was instrumental in building capability frameworks and leading transformation programmes.
In addition to her corporate experience, Acharya has also founded and led her own talent consulting venture, further demonstrating her expertise in talent strategy, leadership development and culture design across diverse business environments.
Her appointment at BlackRock reflects the firm’s focus on strengthening leadership capability and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture as it continues to grow and support clients worldwide.
