Bharti Airtel has elevated Pushkar Singh to the role of Head of HR Systems and Transformation, enhancing its HR leadership as the company advances its digital HR agenda and people-centric transformation.
In his new role, Singh will be responsible for leading HR technology strategy, systems modernisation and large-scale transformation initiatives across Airtel. He will drive the adoption of next-generation HR platforms and digital tools aimed at strengthening HR capabilities and improving employee experience throughout the organisation.
Singh has held multiple leadership positions at Airtel, including HR Lead of Customer Experience, Deputy General Manager, and HR Business Partner of Emerging Business, and HR Transformation and Systems Lead, where he played a key role in HR process redesign, technology integration and workforce enablement efforts.
Before joining Airtel, Singh worked with DCM Shriram Ltd, where he held diverse responsibilities spanning Corporate HR, HR Information Technology (HRIT), HR & Industrial Relations, and campus relations. He began his HR career through internships at ICICI Bank and Vindhya Telelinks Limited, gaining early exposure to people practices and organisational operations.
Singh’s elevation reflects Airtel’s focus on strengthening digital HR and transformational leadership to support the company’s evolving workforce needs and long-term strategic priorities.
