BharatPe has appointed Harshita Khanna as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
With over 18 years of experience as an HR professional, Khanna is an expert in organisational transformation and providing vital support for global, growth-oriented companies. She has worked across the service and consulting industries, helping to drive complex business transformation challenges.
Khanna’s key skills include rewards, performance management, talent acquisition & management, organisation development, HR shared services, HR digitalisation, HR analytics, mergers & acquisitions and change management. Having held global positions, she has collaborated with C-level executives in the past and led cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
Prior to her recent appointment, Khanna had been a part of Home Credit India for 10 years. She joined the company in November 2015 as Head: Rewards and Performance Management. In May 2021, Khanna was given the role of Chief People Officer.
From September 2014 to November 2015, Khanna worked for Nokia as Senior Manager – Compensation and Benefits. She was also associated with CSC from April 2011 to August 2014 as Assistant Manager – Compensation.
In December 2010, Khanna joined Schneider Electric as Assistant Manager – HR, a role she held until April 2011. From June 2007 to December 2010, she was with Aon Hewitt as a Project Manager.
