Best Value (BV) Chem has appointed Manoj Tiwari as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In his new role, Tiwari will oversee corporate HR, multiple manufacturing plants and R&D centres, bringing a strategic outlook combined with a hands-on leadership approach to enhance organisational effectiveness and drive workforce engagement at scale. He specialises in talent management, leadership development, cultural transformation, change management and operational excellence.
Tiwari is passionate about aligning people strategy with business goals, building strong leadership pipelines and fostering a high-performance, inclusive work culture. He thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and enjoys leading change that enhances employee experience and drives sustainable business growth.
Prior to BV Chem, Tiwari was a part of Polycab India. He joined the company in November 2022 as Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Plant Head HR at Halol. In April 2023, Tiwari was promoted to General Manager- Head HR Manufacturing, followed by his appointment as Senior General Manager – Head HR in April 2024.
For over 7 years, Tiwari was associated with TOTO India Industries. He was first appointed as Deputy Manager, HR & IR, in October 2015, and was promoted to Manager, HR (Corporate & Plant), in April 2018. This was followed by his becoming Head, HR (Corporate & Plant) in April 2021.
From January 2013 to October 2015, Tiwari worked for Astron Paper & Board Mill as Manager HR (Corporate & Plant). He was also associated with Man Industries from May 2012 to December 2012 as Deputy Manager HR & IR. In July 2011, Tiwari was appointed as Senior Executive, HR & Personnel, at Asian Granito India. He also served as a Junior Officer, HR and Administration from February 2009 to May 2010.
