Battery Smart has appointed Subhadra Kashyap as Head – People and Culture.

Before joining Battery Smart, Kashyap was with Insurity from September 2024 to November 2025 as Human Resource Director, India. She was also associated with Nykaa for over four years, first joining in April 2020 as Senior Manager- People and Culture. This was followed by Kashyap being promoted to Assistant Vice President- People and Culture in May 2022.
From October 2014 to April 2020, Kashyap was a part of SourceFuse Technologies as Director, HR. She also served as Senior Manager HR for EMAAR MGF from February 2014 to June 2014. In November 2013, Kashyap joined Ajnara India as Senior Manager HR & Admin. She was also with the National University of Singapore from May 2012 to April 2013 as an HR Executive.
In the past, Kashyap has also been associated with Karina Human Resources and Kumar Organic Products. She has an MA in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and an MA in History from Jawaharlal Nehru Vishvavidyalaya.
