Bangalore International Airport has appointed Divya Mathew as Head of Talent Acquisition.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Talent Acquisition at Bangalore International Airport Ltd!” Mathew shared on LinkedIn.
For her contribution to the HR field, Mathew was recognised as an India HR Icon at the 2nd Edition Great Indian CHRO Leaders Summit & Awards 2025 in April 2025.
Prior to Bangalore International Airport, Mathew was with CriticaLog India for over 6 years. She worked for the company from June 2019 to December 2025 as Head of HR. From July 2014 to June 2019, Mathew was with ansrsource as Senior Manager HR.
In December 2005, Mathew joined GMR Group as Manager- HR. She held this role for over 8 years until July 2014. Additionally, Mathew was a part of Positive Moves as a Research Analyst from July 2005 to December 2005.
