Baker Tilly has appointed Priya Prabhu as Director of People.
In her new role, Prabhu will be overseeing the people functions of Baker Tilly, comprising accounting and professional services individuals. She will lead all processes involving employees, from hiring to retiring. All of this, Prabhu aims to do with the idea of creating world-class experiences and building an employee-led brand.
Before joining Baker Tilly, Prabhu was a part of Moss Adams India as Director of HR, having joined the company in September 2022. In April 2025, Baker Tilly and Moss Adams announced their merger and that they would now be going simply by the name Baker Tilly.
Prabhu was also a part of Eli Lilly and Company for over four years. Prabhu became a part of the pharmaceutical company in April 2018 as Associate Director of Human Resources, before being elevated to the role of Senior Associate Director in March 2021. From September 2016 to March 2018, she was the Head of Talent Management and OD for TE Connectivity.
For over six years, Prabhu worked for Novo Nordisk, having started in the company in March 2010 as System Manager. In March 2012, she became HR Manager, followed by her appointment as Senior Manager HR in April 2015. Prior to that, Prabhu worked with Infosys for more than four years, as Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition from April 2006 to February 2009 and as Lead – Organisation Development from April 2006 to April 2010.
