Bajaj Finserv has promoted Deepak Nayar to Head – Human Resources (HR) and Administration.

Nayar has been a part of Bajaj Finserv for over 2 years. He joined the company in April 2023 and was promoted to Head of Human Resources in April 2025, having previously served as National Head – HR (CoE). Apart from the HR operations in India, Nayar, as per the company, has been “instrumental in setting up the US entity and UAE operations in the organisation.”
Before Baja Finserv, Nayar was affiliated with JCB India from April 2021 to March 2023 as DGM – Human Resource (ICE & Design Centre, PAN India). He was also Assistant General Manager – Human Resource (Design Centre – R&D) from March 2014 to May 2018 for the same company.
From June 2018 to April 2021, Nayar was a part of Michelin as Site Head – HRD. He was also affiliated with ATS Automation from August 2012 to February 2014 as Manager – Human Resources. Nayar served as Deputy Manager – Human Resources from July 2007 to August 2012 at KSB Company. In the past, Nayar was associated with Team HR Services (a Randstad company) and Teamlease Services as Manager – Client Relations (August 2006 to July 2007) and Senior Executive – Employee Relations (May 2005 to March 2006).
