Bajaj Finserv has announced the elevation of Anupam Sirbhaiya to the position of Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In his new role, he will spearhead the Group’s HR strategy and collaborate with company leadership to enhance HR policies, people practices, organizational culture, talent management, and leadership development. Earlier, he served as Chief of Human Resources & Administration, where he led the HR and Administration functions for Bajaj Finance (a subsidiary of Bajaj Finserv).
Anupam brings with him three decades of rich and diverse experience. Over the years, he has led HR and Administration functions, established and managed the country office for a leading leadership development firm, and partnered with CXOs to drive strategic business outcomes.
Since joining the Bajaj Finserv Group in 2016, Anupam has helmed key portfolios across HR, Administration, Leadership Development, and Learning. Being part of the Group’s remarkable growth journey has been a defining leadership experience for him, during which he has closely collaborated with business leaders and teams to strengthen people practices and align them with business goals.
Before joining Bajaj Finserv, Anupam worked with reputed organizations such as the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) and the Tata Management Training Centre (TMTC). He began his career with Tata Steel and went on to hold leadership roles at Wipro Limited. He also founded The Alchemist Consulting Pvt. Ltd., a firm dedicated to driving people and business transformation.
Academically, Anupam is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Karnataka.
