Bahwan CyberTek has appointed Priya Venkataraman as its new Group Chief Human Resources Officer, entrusting her with the mandate to lead the company’s global people strategy and HR administration services across its services, consulting and products businesses.
In her new role, Venkataraman will focus on building scalable and future-ready people practices that support business transformation, leadership capability, and long-term growth across Bahwan CyberTek’s international operations. She will work closely with senior leadership to align talent strategy with the organisation’s evolving business priorities.

Before joining Bahwan CyberTek, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Indium, where she led HR strategy for a fast-growing digital engineering organisation with over 2,000 employees across India, the United States and the United Kingdom, supporting significant scale and cultural integration.
Her earlier career includes senior HR leadership roles at Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi, Shell, Standard Chartered, Infosys and Ford Business Services, where she worked across global talent management, organisational transformation, leadership development and workforce strategy.
With her strong global exposure and deep expertise in business-aligned HR leadership, Venkataraman’s appointment reinforces Bahwan CyberTek’s focus on strengthening its people architecture as it continues to expand its digital and technology-driven offerings worldwide.
