With nearly 25 years of experience, Debanjan has built a strong track record in the retail sector. He has led HR transformation across diverse business environments, managing workforce planning, organisational development, employee engagement, HR policy integration, and learning & development initiatives spanning pan-India operations. Before joining Baazar Style, he worked with several prominent organisations, including Khimji Jewellers, V-Mart Retail Ltd., Vishal Mega Mart Limited, Next Retail India Pvt. Ltd. (Videocon Group), Woodland, McDonald’s, and Sahara India.
