Axelera AI has elevated Meghna Singh as its Chief People Officer. In her new role, Singh will oversee people strategy, organisational culture, leadership development and talent practices across Axelera AI’s rapidly growing workforce.
She is expected to lead the global people and culture agenda for the Amsterdam-headquartered deeptech company as it scales its edge AI ambitions worldwide.
Singh joined Axelera AI in 2023 as Vice President of People, having previously spent over seven years in senior leadership roles at McKinsey & Company. Most recently serving as Vice President of People, she worked closely with McKinsey’s Digital & Analytics, Technology, Leap by McKinsey, QuantumBlack (AI by McKinsey) and the Global Life Sciences Alliance practices in Europe, supporting complex, high-growth teams at the intersection of technology, analytics and business transformation.
Earlier in her career, she held talent acquisition and people leadership roles at organisations including Booking.com, Infosys and HCL Comnet. Across these roles, Singh built deep expertise in global workforce planning, technology hiring, people development and HR transformation, with experience spanning India, Europe and the United States.
