Workplace culture and inclusion solutions provider Avtar has elevated Anju G Parvathy to the role of Senior VP and Head of Workforce Strategy, reflecting the organisation’s continued focus on research-driven workforce solutions and inclusive workplace practices.
In the expanded role, Parvathy will lead workforce strategy initiatives, strengthen research-led insights, and enhance advisory solutions that help organisations build equitable, inclusive, and future-ready workplaces. Her mandate will place a strong emphasis on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and advancing women’s participation in the workforce.
Parvathy has been associated with Avtar for nearly 13 years, during which she has progressed through multiple leadership roles, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Research & Solutions.
She has played a pivotal role in shaping DEI research, analytics, and advisory offerings under Avtar’s Enrich Diversity vertical, contributing significantly to the organisation’s thought leadership in the inclusion space.
She began her professional journey at Infosys as a Junior Research Associate and brings deep expertise in organisational culture, inclusion strategy, and research-led advisory. Her elevation underscores Avtar’s commitment to strengthening workforce strategy capabilities and driving long-term impact in workplace inclusion.
