Janardhan K has been named Head of Human Resources at Avery Dennison India Pvt. Ltd. Prior to this role, he served as Total Rewards Lead for South Asia, EMEA, and Latin America at Avery Dennison RBIS, managing compensation, benefits, and performance reward programs across multiple regions.
Janardhan brings more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources across the Chemical, Manufacturing, IT, and BPO/KPO sectors. He is skilled in designing and implementing HR policies, total rewards programs, recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, staffing, onboarding, training and development, records management, succession planning, as well as employee relations and retention initiatives.
Janardhan has previously worked at Linde as Director – HR, serving as Head of Total Rewards for South Asia and HR Lead for South India, where he managed ESOPs, restricted stock units, performance stock unit plans, payroll, and compliance initiatives. He has also held HR roles at Delphi Systems, contributing to temporary staffing, compensation, and benefits management. At Avery Dennison, he will spearhead HR initiatives in India, with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational culture. His expertise in human capital strategy and total rewards will help strengthen Avery Dennison India’s workforce and drive business growth across multiple markets.
