Ather Energy has appointed Surabhi Loshali as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Loshali brings with her over 20 years of experience across strategy, organisation development, talent management, mergers and acquisitions, large-scale transformation and people analytics. Throughout her career, she has helped companies become destination employers and engage talent for competitive advantage.
For over 5 years, Loshali was associated with Strides. She joined the company in September 2020 as Vice President, Human Resources. In September 2023, Loshali was promoted to Senior Vice President, Human Resources. This was followed by her becoming Group Chief Human Resources Officer in June 2024, a position she held until her recent appointment.
From September 2017 to September 2020, Loshali was a part of Grant Thornton LLP as an Experienced Manager. She was also working independently from November 2016 to September 2017.
Loshali was affiliated with Aon for over 10 years. She joined the company in 2005 as Senior Consultant, Talent and Organisation and then became Corporate Transaction and Transformation Consultant in 2008. From 2012 to 2015, Loshali was an Organisation and HR Effectiveness Consultant and Product Manager. Additionally, Loshali worked for Evalueserve as a Research Associate from 2002 to 2003.
