Arvind Limited has appointed Sunitha Lal as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Prior to joining Arvind Limited, Lal had been a part of Aether. She took up the role of CHRO at the company in August 2017 and held it for eight years until her recent transition. Lal also served as the CHRO of Matrimony.com from August 2012 to August 2016.
From 2007 to July 2012, Lal was Senior Vice President (SVP) and Global Head – Talent Management, Business HR Head – ITO, BPO & Corporate at Mphasis. She also served as Vice President – Human Resources for AIG System Solutions from April 2007 to 2009. Lal’s other past affiliations include Talentpro India HR, Societe Generale Software, J&B Software, Polaris Software Lab, NIIT, etc.
