Artech has appointed Umang Gargayan as Senior Executive – US Operations.
A result-oriented HR professional, he is well-versed in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, employee engagement, employee management, and employee relations. With his working style and unique inputs, Umang is set to become a valuable and irreplaceable asset for Artech.
Umang has extensive experience in End-to-End Recruitment, Strategic and Time Management, Data Analysis, Interpersonal skills, operational tactics, client acquisition, and HR Programs. He also holds an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from the Institute of Professional Education and Research (IPER), Bhopal.
Prior to joining Artech, Umang was a part of Collabera for over 3 years. He joined the company in April 2022 as an HR Operations Executive and was promoted to Senior HR Operations Executive in July 2024. While there, he specialised in providing solutions in the HR strategy and transformation business.
From April 2021 to April 2022, Umang was associated with Enpersoll IT as a Human Resources Executive. In October 2020, he joined KMK & Associates as a Junior Accountant and held the role until April 2021. Umang was also affiliated with Sureti IMF from July 2020 to September 2020 as a Finance Intern.
