ANJ Group Appoints Ashfaq Ahad as CPO/CHRO

ANJ Group has appointed Ashfaq Ahad as Chief People Officer (CPO)/Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

In his new role, Ahad will lead the business and people strategy of the company. With his expertise in people strategy, talent development, and business transformation, Ahad is a seasoned HR professional with well over two decades of experience.

Prior to joining the ANJ Group, Ahad was a part of Delhivery as a Vice President from January 2025 to August 2025. He contributed to the building of an upskilling and continuous learning factory for Delhivery, while aspiring for “Delhivery school of Logistics.”

From April 2022 to December 2024, Ahad was associated with CollegeDekho as Co-founder and Business Head – CLD Academy. He was also the Co-Founder & Business Head for TalentEdge Academy from June 2020 to April 2022. Additionally, Ahad was affiliated with the Fazlani Academy of Business Sciences from August 2012 to June 2020 as a Co-Founder and Member of the Board.

Ahad worked with People Edge Management from May 2011 to June 2020 as a Managing Director. From May 2010 to April 2011, he was the Vice President of HR for Hutchinson 3G. In August 2005, Ahad had joined Syntel as Group Head HR – KPO Syntel Inc, and worked there until May 2010.

In the past, Ahad was also associated with General Electric (GE) as an HR Business Partner. From October 2003 to August 2005, he held the position and was a part of GE’s global leadership program. Ahad was a part of ICICI as Regional Manager HR from 2001 to 2003.
