Anish India Exports has promoted Ruchi Patial to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Patial has been associated with Anish India Exports for over 5 years. She joined the company in February 2021 as HOD – HR & International Compliance. In this position, Patial led Global HR & Strategic HRBP for manufacturing units and corporate functions, aligning people strategy with production efficiency, quality, and global buyer expectations, along with performing various other duties
With nearly two decades of experience, Patial is an expert in strategic HR leadership, factory HR operations, PAN-India payroll & statutory governance, global social and trade compliance, international buyer audits, industrial relations, and organisational transformation.
Prior to Anish India Exports, Patial was with DEHN INDIA from September 2019 to February 2021 as Senior Manager – Human Resources. From January 2014 to August 2019, Patial was associated with GIVO as Manager – Human Resources. In December 2010, Patial joined CPA iRisk Advisors as an HR Executive.
From September 2008 to November 2010, Patial was a part of MG INFOCOM as Senior Manager, Business Development. She also served as a Business Development Executive for Netsmarz from July 2006 to September 2008.
