Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers has appointed Milind Tayde as Associate Director I, Head – Employee Benefits & International Business.
With over two decades of experience, Tayde has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams fixated on operational excellence and profitable and sustainable growth. He utilises his knowledge of various commercial lines insurance products and channels, which I apply in my work to innovate employee benefits and embedded insurance solutions
Prior to joining Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers, Tayde was a part of Edme Insurance Brokers. He served as an Associate Director from September 2023 to September 2025 at the company. He was also associated with Liberty Mutual Insurance from May 2022 to September 2023 as Vice President.
From December 2017 to May 2022, Tayde served as Executive Vice President at Marsh. Previously, he served as Vice President of Employee Benefits at Willis Towers Watson from February 2012 to December 2017. Tayde was also the Branch Head for Universal Sompo General Insurance from September 2009 to February 2012.
Tayde joined Tata AIG in December 2006 as Business Development Manager and an Area Manager. He retained both of the roles until September 2009. Additionally, Tayde was a part of IFFCO Tokio General Insurance from April 2005 to December 2006 as Assistant Manager – Commercial.
