Sahar Khan has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources for India at Amplifon. In this new role, she will spearhead the company’s people strategy, oversee HR operations, and drive culture transformation efforts across the region.
With 14 years of experience spanning the Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Apparel Retail, Automobile, and NBFC sectors, Sahar brings a strong track record in implementing impactful HR practices. She is deeply committed to building sustainable, business-aligned HR strategies that create value for both people and the organization. Her core areas of expertise include HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Organization Design, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Campus Engagement, and Team Leadership.
Previously, Sahar was with the BMW Group for over four years, where she held roles as Assistant General Manager – Human Resources and Senior Manager – Human Resources. During her tenure, she worked closely with the BMW India leadership team to drive strategic HR initiatives, foster cultural transformation, and support organizational growth. She has also led key initiatives to enhance functional excellence, particularly in Total Rewards and Learning & Development.
Sahar’s professional journey also includes valuable experience in the Pharmaceutical, FMCG, and Apparel Retail sectors. Prior to BMW, she held key HR positions at renowned companies like Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, McCain Foods, and Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., which helped shape her well-rounded perspective on people and culture.
