American Express has promoted Dolly Sood to Director of Talent Acquisition.

She also thanked leaders and colleagues who helped her achieve this position.
Sood has been associated with American Express for 5 years. She joined the company in January 2021 as a Recruitment Lead and has held the role until her latest promotion. In this position, Sood worked as recruitment delivery lead, heading the strategy planning, delivery & governance for specialist hiring in India and the Singapore region for core business & corporate functions, including financial services, banking & compliance, ITES, and analytics & research.
From March 2017 to December 2020, Sood was a part of Allegis Global Solutions as Head of Recruitment Operations (RPO: Allegis Global Solutions). Before that, she worked for Genpact India for well over 13 years. Sood was a part of the company from April 2003 to February 2017, serving as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition – Analytics. Additionally, she was once with Cogito Technologies as a Web Designer & Animator (December 2000 to December 2002).
