Dhirendra Nath has been appointed Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Altimetrik.
In this role, he will oversee the company’s global HR strategy, with a mandate to strengthen talent development, build organisational capabilities, and support Altimetrik’s expansion in digital engineering and technology services across global markets.
Nath brings more than two decades of experience in human resources leadership. Before joining Altimetrik, he served as President and Group Chief People Officer at SLK Group, where he led the organisation’s people strategy and workforce transformation initiatives.
Earlier, he spent over 11 years at Wipro, holding multiple senior HR leadership roles across product engineering services, digital technologies, and global sales operations.
He began his professional journey with organisations such as Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited (Pantaloons), where he developed expertise in organisational development and talent management.
