Mansi Nigam steps into the role of Chief People and Culture Officer for Allianz Technology’s India operations, taking charge of the company’s people strategy as it deepens its footprint in the country.
In this role, she will lead HR and culture initiatives across Allianz Technology’s India teams, which are a key part of its global IT delivery network spanning more than 13,000 employees in 20+ countries.

Nigam joins from BNY, where she most recently served as Senior Vice President, HR Business Partner for Global Fund Services Operations and India Operations & Engineering. Prior to that, she held the role of Senior Vice President, HR Business Partner for India Engineering from February 2022 to March 2025. Nigam first joined BNY as Vice President, HR Business Partner for Technology and Operations in April 2019.
Nigam spent several years at Syngenta, where she progressed through a series of HR leadership roles — serving as Head of People and Organisation Development for South Asia (2019), Senior Manager for Compensation, Benefits and Talent Management (2018), and HR Business Partner for APAC Finance Operations from 2016 to 2018. She also served as Guest Faculty at IIM Ranchi in 2018.
Earlier in her career, Nigam was Talent Management Lead, India at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2014 to 2016, and held HR management associate programme roles at HP from 2013 to 2014 across talent management, total rewards, and learning and development.
Nigam began her career as an Assistant Systems Engineer at TCS. Nigam holds an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
