Her earlier professional journey includes HR and talent strategy roles at antuit.ai, upGrad Enterprise, BYRAM HOLDINGS, and Thomas Assessments Pvt. Ltd. (a CIEL HR Group Company), providing her with a comprehensive perspective on people and organisational development across diverse business contexts.
