Airtel Business Appoints Neha S as Executive Vice President (EVP) & Head Human Resources (HR) Airtel Business.

Neha first joined Bharti Airtel in January 2007 when she was appointed as Head of HR Operations at Airtel. She was given the role of Head Talent Acquisition in 2009 and held it until 2010. In March 2010, Neha became HR Business Partner for Airtel and then
Compensation & Benefits Specialist in July 2012. This was followed by her ascension to Head HR Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh in May 2015.
In April 2016, Neha moved to Bharti Enterprises and was appointed as General Manager – Group Human Resources. She was promoted to Vice President and Corporate Head of HR in December 2018.
Neha moved back to Airtel in June 2021, becoming Head of Talent, Learning and Culture. She was promoted to Senior VP & Head HR – Market Operations in September 2022. In June 2024, Neha took up the role of EVP & Head HR – Market Operations and Contractual Workforce and held it until December 2025.
