Adventz Group has appointed Supratik Bhattacharyya as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Prior to joining the Adventz Group, Bhatacharyya was a part of the RPG Group for over 9 years. He started working for the company in March 2016 as Vice President and Group Head of Talent Management.
In January 2018, Bhattacharyya was appointed as Chief Talent Officer by the RPG Group. In this role, he ran the group talent function for RPG Group Companies, as the CHRO for RPG Enterprises and is a member of the RPG Group HR Leadership Team.
From July 2015 to March 2016, Bhattacharyya was associated with Larsen & Toubro (L&T) as a part of the Chairman’s Office. In this position, he assisted the Group Executive Chairman through multiple people initiatives run through his office, including organisation structure, bench-strength consolidation and senior leadership talent strategy.
Bhattacharyya was a part of Accord India from April 2011 to July 2015 as Principal Consultant | Industrial Practice. He was also with Association Management Initiatives from May 2008 to April 2011 as Chief Executive Officer. From September 2006 to May 2008, Bhattacharyya worked as Vice President – Strategy and Marketing for JK Paper.
For over 11 years, Bhattacharyya was a part of ExxonMobil. He joined the company in December 1994 and held various leadership roles in sales, marketing and operations. From January 2006 to September 2006, Bhattacharyya served as Gas & Power Marketing Advisor | LNG | Asia Pacific Region.
