Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance has promoted Dinesh KR to Head of Corporate Human Resources.

Dinesh has worked with Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance for six years. He became a part of the company in August 2019 as Associate Vice President of Human Resources. In July 2024, Dinesh was appointed as Assistant Vice President, a role he held until his latest promotion.
From April 2018 to August 2019, Dinesh served as Zonal Manager HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Aditya Birla Payments Bank. He was also associated with Muthoottu Mini Financiers as the Associate Vice President – HR from April 2016 to March 2018.
In March 2012, Dinesh was appointed as Manager – HR Operations at Muthoot Fincorp, a position he held until March 2016. Before that, he worked at First Advantage from July 2005 to October 2011 as Assistant Manager of Operations. In the past, Dinesh has also worked for companies like Manappuram Finance, Tata Finance, and Standard Automobiles.
Dinesh has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR Management from Pondicherry University.
