Soni Mishra has joined Aditya Birla Management Corporation Pvt. Ltd. as Head of Talent Acquisition (Centre of Excellence). In this role, she will lead talent acquisition at ABMCPL, the strategic think tank of the Aditya Birla Group, overseeing the design and execution of talent strategies that drive growth and transformation across the conglomerate. Her key focus areas will include attracting top leadership and niche talent, shaping ABMCPL’s employer brand, leading the young talent campus program, and enabling strategic workforce planning to build a future-ready, agile talent pipeline.

Prior to this role, Soni was with Aditya Birla Chemicals as Business HR Lead (BCOE), overseeing Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Campus Programs, and Employer Branding. She brings 17 years of HR experience across industries including chemicals, banking, and power. Earlier in her career, she has also worked with YES BANK, Reliance Power Ltd, Omam Consultants Pvt. Ltd., and HDFC Life Insurance, where she gained deep expertise in talent management, HR consulting, and organizational development.
Soni has received several industry accolades, including Jombay’s HR 40 under 40, inclusion in the ABG Springboard 23–24 batch, and the Aditya Birla Group Chairman’s Award for Distinguished Achiever (2023). Academically, she holds an MBA from the Xavier Institute of Social Service.
