Adani Realty has promoted Prabhat Pastor to Head Talent Management & Organisational Development (OD).

Prior to joining Adani Realty, Pastor had been a part of AFCONS Infrastructure. From April 2018 to December 2022, he served as a part of the company’s Corporate Human Resources team. This was Pastor’s third stint at the company, as his association with AFCONS has a long history.
Pastor joined AFCONS for the first time in May 2007 as a Management Trainee – Human Resources. He then became Talent Acquisition Officer in November 2007. This was followed by his holding the role of HR Business Partner from August 2008 until December 2009, when he left AFCONS for the first time.
In March 2011, Pastor returned to AFCONS as HR Business Partner – Business Support Functions. He was promoted to Implementation Lead (Project Manager) – SAP HCM in May 2014 and then to Lead HR Business Partner – GCC Projects in December 2015. In July 2016, Pastor was appointed as HR Specialist (HRIS, Automation, and Analytics) and he retained he role until December 2016.
Additionally, Pastor was associated with Tata Projects from December 2016 to April 2018 as Senior HR Manager. He also worked with Reliance Power from June 2010 to March 2011 as Assistant Manager HR.
