Access Healthcare has appointed Debashish Ghosh as Senior Vice President (SVP) & Head of People Function for India and the Philippines.

Prior to joining Access Healthcare, Ghosh was associated with TalBha. From June 2025 to January 2026, he was associated with the company as its Founder & CEO. For over 7 years, Ghosh was with Berkadia, working there as SVP & India HR Head from October 2017 to May 2025.
Ghosh was a part of Genpact for more than 12 years. He joined the company in July 2005 and worked there until September 2017. During this time, he served as Assistant Vice President (AVP) & HRBP Lead. In the past, he has also been associated with GE and the Dolphin Hotel – Visakhapatnam.
