Accenture has elevated Ajay Subramaniam to the role of Vice President, HR, Strategy and Consulting in India, to strengthen its HR leadership. He was previously serving as Associate Vice President – HR, Strategy and Consulting at Accenture.
In the expanded role, Subramaniam will be responsible for driving HR strategy for Accenture’s Strategy and Consulting practice, with a focus on workforce planning, talent strategy and organisational effectiveness.
His mandate includes aligning people’s priorities with business growth objectives and supporting consulting teams through scalable and future-ready workforce models.
He brings more than two decades of experience in human resources, having worked across technology, consulting and professional services organisations. His earlier career includes senior HR roles at Zensar Technologies, Deloitte, Symphony Teleca, and EmmayHR (Randstad Group).
Across his career, he has built deep expertise in resource management, talent delivery and strategic HR leadership, partnering closely with business leaders to enable people-led transformation.
