360 Bytes has appointed Gajendra (Saini) Singh as head of human resources and talent acquisition. Singh announced the move on LinkedIn, calling it a new chapter in his professional journey.
He brings more than 27 years of experience across human resources, talent acquisition, organisational development and business transformation. In his new role, Singh will focus on strengthening the company’s HR ecosystem, building a talent acquisition framework, developing leadership capabilities and expanding employee engagement. He will also work on creating scalable people practices aligned with the company’s growth plans.
Singh’s career runs through BPO, IT services and outsourcing. He started in 1998 as a management trainee at IVC India and moved into a dedicated HR role in 1999 at Saffron Global Services. Between 1999 and 2003 he gained hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations and compensation across Saffron Global Services and PCL Exports Call Centre.
In 2003, he joined Serco as regional head of HR, staying until 2005. A brief stint at INOX Global Services followed, then a manager-employee relations role at TeleTech India from December 2005 to July 2006. He spent about three years at Spice BPO Services as general manager, from 2006 to August 2009, before joining Spanco BPO Services in August 2009 as general manager-human resources. At Spanco, across nearly four years, he handled talent acquisition, employee relations, succession planning, workforce planning and talent development.
The longest chapter was at iSON Xperiences. Singh joined in August 2013 as head-human resources (India & ASEAN) and global head-talent acquisition. Over 11 years, he rose through progressively senior roles, leading HR and talent acquisition across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa. His responsibilities included competency mapping, assessment and development centres, succession planning, compensation benchmarking and employer branding. From May 2019 to June 2022, he served as VP-HR for the global office and corporate team, overseeing expatriate operations across India, the Gulf, the Middle East and Africa.
Most recently, Singh joined Radical Minds Technologies in November 2024 as executive vice president-human resources, leading a team of 29 HR professionals supporting a workforce of more than 2,500 across engineering and outsourcing businesses. He then took a planned career break in 2025, during which he worked with mid-sized and emerging businesses across IT services, staffing, consulting and the AI ecosystem.
