315Work Avenue has appointed Archana Chaudhari as Head – Workspace People & Culture.
In her new role, Chaudhari will be leading people and culture initiatives to strengthen workplace experiences, drive talent strategy, and support organisational development.

Prior to joining 315Work Avenue, Chaudhari had been associated with Cushman & Wakefield for over 11 years. From April 2014 to Fbruary 2026, she worked at the company as Senior HR Business Partner – CRE, South India.
In February 2010, Chaudhari joined Aireff Detox as an HR Manager and held the role until June 2011. She was also associated with Mission Biofuels India from September 2007 to January 2010 as Assistant Manager – HR. Additionally, Chaudhari has worked for Ma Foi Management Consultants and Tata Teleservices Maharashtra.
