1Point1 has appointed Tony Joseph as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

With over 25 years of experience in the HR domain, Tony is a passionate leader with strong stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, and business acumen. He believes in empowering teams to unlock their full potential, a sentiment that has endeared him to his new company.
Prior to joining 1Point1, Tony was a part of Conneqt Business Solutions for over a decade. He joined the company in September 2015 as Head – Talent Acquisition and Talent Services Group. Tony was also given the position of Head – Shared Services and HR Ops.
Tony was also a part of Sutherland Global Services, having seemingly been associated with the company for over 20 years. He was part of the company’s HR team and even served as Director – HR from February 2005 to September 2015. From 2004 to 2005, Tony was associated with Teamlease Services as an Assistant Manager.
