Dr. Reddy’s Labs has announced that Archana Bhaskar is stepping down as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to pursue other interests. She will leave her role as CHRO and Senior Management Personnel on November 30, 2025. Founded in 1984, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is a global pharmaceutical company based in Hyderabad, India.
Archana Bhaskar joined Dr. Reddy’s Labs in 2017. In a note to employees, she expressed gratitude for the opportunity to work with the team and praised the company’s focus on innovation and employee development. With over 32 years of global experience across industries, Archana has been a strong advocate of human capital and societal impact. Before joining Dr. Reddy’s, she spent a decade at Royal Dutch Shell in senior HR roles covering global commercial businesses and talent management. Prior to that, she worked for 15 years at Unilever in India and Europe. An alumna of Lady Shri Ram College and IIM Bangalore, Archana is also passionate about mentoring and coaching.
Archana is a member of the CII National Committee on Skilling and Livelihoods and the Governing Board of LSSSDC. She has also recently joined the Board of Governors at IIM Raipur.
