Vikas Singh Songara has been appointed as Senior Director – HR at Delhivery. In this new role, he will oversee HR for the entire West Region across one of India’s largest logistics networks. Prior to this elevation, Vikas served as Regional HR Head – West (General Manager – HR) at Delhivery, where he strengthened workforce management and employee engagement practices
Vikas brings over 15 years of diverse experience spanning e-commerce, telecom services and manufacturing, telecom projects and infrastructure, domestic and international sales and marketing, R&D, corporate HR, power projects, and international HR management. Before joining Delhivery, Vikas worked with Amazon as Senior HR Business Partner, where he was responsible for driving the people agenda, strategy, and execution for AMD2 (Ahmedabad) and NAG1 (Nagpur) in the company’s First Mile Operations.
Prior to that, at Flipkart, he served as Regional HR Head for the UP cluster, where he successfully introduced employee engagement platforms and contributed to the award-winning team that received the Best Zone Award. He has also been associated with Indus Towers Limited, Aksh Optifibre Ltd., Transsion, Sterlite Power, and STL – Sterlite Technologies Limited. Academically, he is an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Bengaluru.
