Rajesh Rajan D has been appointed Head of HR at Hyderabad-based edtech startup Bhanzu. Prior to this, he served as Associate Vice President – Human Resources at Vedantu, where he led the company’s HR function. With over 17 years of leadership experience across Prime Focus Technologies, Allianz, HGS, Infosys, and Accenture, Rajesh has a strong track record in driving people transformation, scaling organizations, and building future-ready talent strategies.
He has built HR functions from the ground up, managed people strategies for workforces of 2,000+ employees, and successfully driven retention, engagement, and performance at scale. As a strategic thinker and business partner, Rajesh advises and collaborates with leaders to fuel organizational growth and foster high-performance cultures.
In addition, he has trained over 1,00,000 professionals in behavioral and leadership skills, earning recognition for his ability to nurture and develop talent. He is deeply passionate about mentoring early- and mid-career professionals in areas such as self-improvement, organizational growth, team leadership, communication, and career advancement.
