Manvinder Kaur has been named Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer at Prudent Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. In this new role, she will drive talent, culture, DEI, and performance initiatives across Prudent’s growing insurance and risk advisory business.
Prior to this, Manvinder served as Vice President – Human Resources at ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited, where she spearheaded Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Culture & Engagement, and DEI initiatives for a workforce of over 15,000 employees nationwide.
She confirmed her departure from ICICI Lombard through a LinkedIn post, saying, “This week marked the end of my innings at ICICI Lombard, a journey of almost seven years and what a journey!! I leave with a heart full of memories, stupendous learning experiences, lots of accolades, a team that makes me proud with everything that they do, a manager & colleagues who took care of me like family and now have been formally classified as friends, a couple of kilos in weight .., a chashma .. I take this moment to thank the leadership for giving me opportunities that kept me challenged & engaged all this while and that made me a better and well rounded professional . A special mention to colleagues who were part of this journey before they moved out to pursue their careers outside of ICICI Lombard.”
Manvinder brings close to two decades of experience, having worked with organizations such as Industrybuying, Gap, BT Global Services, IndusInd Bank, HDFC Bank, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and Deloitte. Academically, Manvinder holds an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad (2002–2004) and a bachelor’s degree in production engineering from Punjab Technical University (1997–2001).
