ImpactQA has appointed Shabnam Jaswal as Vice President – People & Culture.

In her new role, Jaswal will lead the strategic direction of the people agenda, fostering a thriving and inclusive work environment where talent is nurtured and innovation thrives. Overall, she will focus on building a strong organisational culture, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and ensuring employees feel valued, empowered, and engaged.
Prior to joining ImpactQA, Jaswal was working as an Entrepreneur with Jobsdaddy – Sarvaadih Ventures, having taken up the position in August 2021.
For over seven years, Jaswal was a part of Icreon Communications. She joined the company in December 2013 as a Manager of Talent Acquisition. In July 2015, she was also appointed as Manager of Talent Acquisition and Training. In April 2018, Jaswal left her two positions in order to take up the responsibilities of Senior Manager Talent Acquisition. This was followed by her ascension to Senior Manager Human Resources (HR Operations and Talent Acquisition), a role she retained until April 2021.
From December 2009 to December 2013, Jaswal worked as Manager – Talent Acquisition at Corbus India. Before that, she was affiliated with NIIT Technologies from November 2006 to December 2009 as a part of the Executive Resource Management Group. Jaswal has also worked with Celebrities Management from April 2006 to December 2006 as Executive HR and Administration.
